۳۷٫۷٫ A superior who believes that a worker has taken significant personal leave without medical consultation may require the worker to pass a medical examination and pass the examination report. In the case of care leave, a supervisor may require the worker to report to the attending physician to the person the worker is handling the adequacy of the leave and the future planned leave requirements. 30.1. A GSP staff member of the Court of Justice, assigned to the executive level 1, to whom the salary imposed by the agreement for this classification is paid and who works as a senior Family Consultant, receives a senior Family Consultant award at an annual rate calculated on the basis of the Schedule C tables. When a worker is paid for an additional role, he or she is given appropriate time and training to perform these tasks effectively. Part-time periods of service are the periods of service agreed upon in their part-time contracts or in their terms of employment. ۷۱٫۱٫ The CEO or delegate will advise workers as soon as possible if they are likely to become excessive and the reasons why they are likely to become too much. Workers covered by this seizure are entitled to the same conditions of employment as all other workers covered by this agreement and paid pro-rata. 52.3.
